Refund Policy

At The Grey Exit, each artwork is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Minor colour variations caused by screen settings

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
